Precision fabrication and welding is accomplished on a variety of machines utilizing plate, sheet, tube and structural materials. Laser Cutting
At Precision Bearing & Machine, Inc. we excel at laser cutting services. Laser cut products are produced quickly and accurately. Precise, clean cutting and often does not require further processing. Ideal for carbon and stainless steel, sheet metal and intricate patterns. A fast, repeatable and highly accurate process which is ideal for high production runs. A robotic load/unload system offloads a finished product and shuttles in raw material automatically. An automatic tool changer allows for quick-setup between ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Close tolerance cutting to within +/- .003.

Waterjet Cutting
At Precision Bearing & Machine we provide excellent waterjet cutting services. Waterjet cutting allows another dimension outside the capabilities of laser cutting. With 60,000 psi FLOW Waterjet, PB&M can cut virtually any material up to 6.0" thk. Regardless of material, the waterjet with a dynamic articulating head allows for precise cuts with no kerf. There is no heat-affected zone associated with waterjet cutting.

Roll Fabrication
At Precision Bearing & Machine we provide high quality roll fabrication services. Precision roll fabrication is accomplished by fabricating and machining tubular and bar products. Seamless and welded tubing are assembled incorporating a journal and head assembly. These assemblies are then machined or ground and balanced to customers specifications. Optional coatings are applied per specifications.

Shaft Fabrication
At Precision Bearing & Machine we take pride in producing precision shafts for multiple applications. Precision shaft fabrication is accomplished by machining bar product. Large diameter and long lengths are machined on heavy duty CNC equipment. Precision ground surfaces and tolerances to +/-.0002 are accomplished.

Machining: CNC Milling and CNC Turning
Precision machining is a specialty of PB&M. A variety of vertical, horizontal, twin pallet, multi-axis machines are ready for production. Turning is accomplished on slant bed, flat bed, and bar feed turning centers. Live tooling on c-axis machines allows for high efficiency.

Contract Manufacturing
PB&M has the resources to handle contract manufacturing. These resources allow PB&M to not only produce the product, but handle all aspects of packaging, kitting, and warehousing. Material tracking and inventory control is accomplished by specialized software. Packaging and kitting is accomplished through custom containers for shipping. PB&M can also specialize the material setup for the customers production lines.
